I took inspiration from this thread to make some of own hampers for family this year. I made a randoms basket for both my step brothers and their wives - they included -
* 1 bottle of wine
* 2 bottles of ale
* 1 family calender
* box of chocolate
* 2 glade candles
* 2 mugs
* 2x snowman soup
* 2x jelly bean bags
* Mini smellie sets - one for male and one for female
* Pot of fold filled with chocolate coins and 2 scratch cards
All in all i think it cost roughly £20 per box and i made 3 - split the cost with my OH and sister and brother in law so cost about £5 each
Also made one for my brother and sister in law for the new arrival of my Niece. Included things like:
* Wet wipes
* Baby lotion and talc
* Shampoo
* Teething ring
* Teddies
* Clothes
* Disposable changing matts
* Keep sake book
* Nappy sacks
and a few other bits i cant remember! Think that box came to about £20 as well - its amazing the amount of baby things they sell in pound land!!
Looking forward to making some more boxes next year after all this inspiration!0
