Anyone heard of Hannover Sterling?

My brother has finally had his debt free lightbulb moment and realised his debts are out of control. I have given him payplan and CCCS web addresses and they sent him info but he has however gone with Hannover Sterling who were recommended to him by a Financial Advisor his bank set him up to see.
I have no experience of dealing with them and although havent looked online yet to see has anyone else heard of them?
My brother is a bit cagey about whats going on and is a very private person so to get it out of him at all that he is getting help is a miricale so I dont want to press any further for info on HS and what he is paying as I dont want to be seen as interfering!
Thanks

I've not heard of them...but googled the name. It appears that they are a financial management company as opposed to a free debt management company, ie payplan and cccs.
A quote from the about us page on their website....We are a rapidly growing and highly professional finance company
I might be wrong...but it appears to me that there may be a cost involved in this to your brother. They are not going to do this for nothing and I can't see your brother's creditors paying them to sort out reduced payments etc.0
