to be honest, no its not. The laptop can be bought for £460 from here

although vista is not on you really don't want vista for at least another 9 months due to technical problems
The printer is not worth the money full stop.30th June 2021 completely debt free…. Downsized, reduced working hours and living the dream.0 -
have to agree, it doesn't seem special to me.
Would be inclined to shop around for a laptop, then just buy a printer on its own...0 -

I bought a good laptop from Staples recently for my Dad (£399) - much better than anything from PC World. Though you may get cheaper online, the nice thing about buying from a shop is you can always take it back and complain to someone if it conks out. To be fair to PC World, they sell a HP combined scanner, copier and printer for £39.99 which is excellent ( I have one!)0
