    You don't have Poundland or the 99p Store. You've got Freecycle but some groups are now Freegle so may cover another area close to home. Streetbank is another 'freebie' site. And there's Cheapcycle too for low cost stuff.
    FarmFoods - loads of people on here say they get their toilet rolls from there.

    The 99p Store has another arm to it called Family Bargains, don't know where they are in UK and there aren't as many but very cheap.

    Sounds ok...now add the petrol up going from store to store lol, or transport fares. I know it's past Xmas now but for "normal shopping" a lot of stores have their own brand foods for sale now .. I live near a co-op and this one has been modernised and has it's own brand products as well as others .. now they have a lot of nice & tasty options for a really reasonable price.
