We decided to use the Waitrose Card yesterday to have the free cup of coffee.
We were disappointed with the quality of coffee which usually costs £1.85 if you dont have a card or want another cup after the first free cup.
We have had a ground coffee at one of their competitor supermarkets and was plesently surprised.
I would never have thought that we would have had one that resembled cheap tasteless rubbish.
I know its free but they could spend a bit of money on the coffee to entice and maintain customers.
I expect more of Waitrose because their standards are high in other areas.

What is the best way(s) to improve my chance of getting free stuff?
Look through all the freebies on here and apply for them if they are something you would like.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. So - I don't see this as self/company promotion but if it's construed as that then please advise and I'll remove the post.
I work for B&Q and I was recently encourage to attend a 'You Can Do It' class which is available at a few of the larger B&Q stores (I went Poole, Dorset). Basically it's free or really cheap (£10?) training for members of the public signed up to the B&Q club (free to join). I learnt how to put up shelves (and use different drills!). Basic skills for some but not for me - they run all sorts of DIY classes for adults and a similar activity called Kids Can Do It for getting kids making things.
I'm pretty sure they make no money out of this so maybe that's why its not in every store or mass marketed but the 2 hour course I did I really enjoyed and there really isn't any 'hard sell'.
Like I say I want to be transparent in saying I work for these guys but I'm honestly not trying to promote but wanting to share a great money saving opportunity.0 -

Dear First Aid Kit Customer,
Thank you for ordering a free First Aid Kit from Magen David Adom UK.
We were completely overwhelmed (and somewhat surprised!) by the fact that our offer was picked up by Hot Deals UK. We never thought it would go ‘viral’. Unfortunately we have run out of stock and are unable to provide you with a free First Aid kit at this time.
As someone who has probably never come across Magen David Adom or its work, I just wanted to take this opportunity to give you a bit of information about our organisation.
Magen David Adom is Israel’s only national ambulance and medical emergency service. The organisation also collects and supplies 300,000 units of blood each year and is responsible for all Israel’s first aid and pre-hospital medical emergency training. As a member of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, Magen David Adom works internationally to share its support and expertise with those in need around the world. Recenty this has included providing aid to those in the Philippines and Syrian refugees in Jordan.
As the UK fundraising arm of Israel’s national Red Cross society, MDA UK is continually doing whatever it can to save lives across the world. This is irrespective of race or religion and free from any kind of discrimination. We receive minimal government funding and could not operate without the generosity of donors worldwide.
Please do check back regularly on our website for First Aid kit stock updates. We would also like to invite you to find out more about our organisation and, if you can, please click here to make a donation. Thank you in advance for considering our cause.
Yours sincerely
Daniel Burger

So I was looking at martins info on bare minerals sample of either a ready foundation worth £5 or a small pot of the normal foundation. The way I was looking at it is that you have to choose which one. I went into a store with a unit and I got given the ready sample with the small pot . I just told them what colour I usually use and she gave it to me. Also I didn't have to have a make under as stated.Mortgage free wannabe

I applied for these awhile back from MSE link and it all looked like it went through, but I received no confirmation email.
Has anyone got these free tickets before from MSE?
When are they posted out?
Im trying to work out if they will arrive at some point, or if I need to buy.
Thanks
