ELIGIBILITY

The competition is open to residents in the UK, Channel Islands and Denmark. You have to be 18 or over to enter the competition

The following people are not eligible to enter the competition:
Employees of White Stuff, its respective subsidiaries and associated companies including the prize supplier if applicable
Immediate family members of White Stuff employees or members of their household

White Stuff assumes that by entering the competition you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions.

HOW TO ENTER

Only one entry is allowed per person.

There is no entry fee and no purchase required.

ENTRY CONDITIONS

Entries that are not submitted via the website will not be included in this competition.

We may post your Entry on our website and social media sites.

By entering the competition you agree that:
You shall not assert any moral rights against White Stuff and/or its affiliates
You have the necessary permissions to enter the competition
The entry is not defamatory or offensive
The entry does not infringe any law or any third party rights, for example: any trade mark or copyright or otherwise violates anyone’s right of privacy or publicity

You should not provide any materials or information that you do not want published online or included in a future White Stuff Magalogue.

PROMOTION PERIOD
The competition opens 00:01am on 6th November 2012 and closes midnight on 9th December 2012.

Only entries received by White Stuff after the opening date and before the closing date will be included in the prize draw.

PRIZE
There are four (5) prizes for the ‘Caption Comp’ competition.

The prize:
One (1) x £100 White Stuff Voucher for the winner.
Four (4) x £20 White Stuff Voucher for the runners up.

The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.

No cash alternative.

SELECTION OF WINNER
The five winners will be the entries that we have received via the website.

We will notify the winners by email and/or telephone by 12th December 2012.

If the winner cannot be contacted after two (2) attempts within two (2) business days of the end of the voting period, we reserve the right to select an alternate winner.

We reserve the right to select an alternative winner in the event that we have reasonable grounds for believing that a winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.

The name and home county of the winners will be available for one (1) month after the end of the Promotion Period by sending a stamped self addressed envelope to ‘Those Lovely Marketing Girls and Boys’ at the address set out above.
