I don't think they have to come from promotional packs.

As long as the invoice states that they are Bic Cristal Medium biros then that's all you should need; along with the empty biro.

I am wondering if we can use the Amazon option as they ask for the receipt and in the Facebook info it lists 'participating suppliers'. I wonder if they would refuse the refund and say that it is because it is an Amazon receipt and not one from their listed suppliers. Hmmmm.

Anyone know what the actual address to send the biro back is?

There seem to be 2 different addresses when you compare the FB page and the PDF application form.

Article 3 Principle of the challenge
To participate and to be able to claim the reward of £10, Participants must:
1. buy a pack of 10 BIC Cristal Medium ball point pens (“Promotional Product”) between 01
September 2012 and 31 January 2012

Shouldn't make much difference...as long as the invoice says '10 BIC Cristal Medium ball point pens' or something along those lines then you should be covered.

Got some of these from sainsburys today and my receipt just says 'Bic 10 cristal pens'...so i doubt that would be any good would it? Might take them back.......
