No offence, but are you a man or a woman? The razor's are for females so that may be why you haven't been picked? Or else have you done the training and filled in the surveys it asks you to and filled out a bzz report? You get points for your bzz reports and get selected more the more points you have.

I'm a woman, have 7 participation points, have read all the training stuff and have filled in all the surveys which I have been offered. I haven't done a Bzz Report becaus I have nothing to report on.

My first campain was to ask friends/family to join. After my friend joined i was then asked to participate in the wilkinson sword shaver campain.
You must have to refer some one before they offer you a campain.

Nope, I haven't referred anyone and I still got the campaign, I have one less point than Seakay too. It's probably just demographics.
