Remortgage

My interest only mortgage is up this coming December with Bradford and bingley. I have asked them if I can have an extension but they are not helpful at all. My house is not ready to sell yet. I need another few months to get I ready. When my exhusband went bankrupt the official receiver took the endowment policy. I managed to pay her off and took over the mortgage but could only manage an interest only one. I am 63 years old and when I retire will have a private pension. I can carry on working for as long as i want and are fit enough to so that is not a problem. I am in the process of trying to get another interest only mortgage and am struggling. I will sell the house but not yet. Can anybody suggest what I could do?

    - Existing lender
    - Remortgage
    - Sell.
