Hi everyone,
iv got shares which i sold for a profit £100 profit.
i have started my own business
Im am self-employed first year, expecting to make around 2- 6grand profit this year hopefully.
anyway, i bought some shares two months ago and sold them yesterday for a profit of £100.
Will i have to pay any Capital gains tax. looking on the HMRC revenue and none of it really makes self to

Is your business buying and selling shares?Thinking critically since 1996....0

This years capital gains tax allowance is £10,600. So in normal circumstances you wouldn't be liable to pay tax on share profit of £100 if thats your only CG.0
