I've just started a DMP with stepchange, my first payment is due 1/12.

So far they've been really friendly, professional and helpful. They've made setting it up a pretty stressfree experience :)

We sent the application off on the 30th October and finalised the details yesterday. It would have gone through sooner but we had some queries from stepchange and some additional information to send through for proof of income.
