I would doubt there is asbestos in an outhouse which was generally built for storage, as asbestos is used as a flame retartant and insulator, and usually found in old central heating cupboard walls etc ..... but never say never as they say Thurls. !
I have an OHouse with my own house (pre 1930's), its damp as hell, and just brick with a slate roof, no insulation etc but great for the lawnmower, all your bits that will come in handy "one day", and the wmachine !! So if its like mine it should just be a straight forward demo and clean up exercise.
If for some reason there is asbestos detected, you/the Vendor will need to engage the svcs of a specalist contractor to remove and dispose of it .... but I doubt from experience this will be the case.
Anyways, keep us updated ...
