My daughter is doing slimming world (as I am) she is taking soups to work everyday but wants ideas for things to dunk! Not bread or ryvita.

Not sure how these would work cold but they are yummy when straight out of the oven....Potato skins. I bake potatoes then cut in half, scoop out some of the middle (kept to one side for potato cakes etc), then cut in half again. pop on a baking sheet with some fry-light and bake until they have crisped up and browned a little. They are great to dip in soup as they soak up a little and are nice and filling too, as well as being syn free!0

These are really tasty, wholegrain and low glycaemic index, on Amazon's Subscribe & Save scheme

She should also ensure she has a protein source in/ with her soup to keep her feeling fuller for longer.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -

oatcakes or rice cakes? you can get different flavours like cheese or chilli which make it a bit less like eating chip board!0
