I agree. I think if MSE had been blocked then the form wouldn't even load.
In the bottom left corner of the entry form is a counter. I have just looked and it is at 362,020. I'm guessing that's how many people have landed on that page, and I would say that 99% of them went on to enter.
Using a sweeping assumption that each hour would have the same amount of entries, that makes your hourly odds of winning about 1 in 30,000.0 -
