How long do I have a duty to the OR for?

Hi all,
Currently undergoing a credit cleanup operation in preparation to start a new business. My credit rating is over 800 now so i'm very pleased, just waiting for two accounts to be marked as settled/satisfied and all will be up to date
Anyway, my question is - how long do I have to declare everything to my OR? I was discharged 3 years ago and haven't had any correspondance with my OR in that time, so if I start my business and (hopefully) produce a good income, will the OR come chasing me?

Assuming that any IPA you may have had has finished - and it should have post 3 years - then you do not now inform the OR of any change in income.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

The only thing you ever need to declare to the OR now is any PPI that might be claimed for the time prior to discharge and any tax rebates for that time.
