Boots Advantage Card Points Question

I got Boots mailshot today. Mine only has offers - money off, extra points and free when you buy from range. I sadly didn't get double points offer :mad:

Hurrah - got my Boots mailshot today, about time too advantage_card says, the amount of £££ that shop get out of me, although the contribution to boots's profits has dimished over the last 6 months isnce they took the majority of food and drink product away from a branch i can walk to and relegated them to an out-of-town branch which is a faff to get to - i have a feeling this is why my last few lots of mailshot offers have been total pants.

I don't think i got double points either, just money off or extra points SIGH - but my Grandmother is comign over after dinnertime and i will get her to doublecheck due to my dodgy eyesight, hadto ask a member of staff what was on the coupons last time which was quite embarrassing.

Whoops i forgot to say to whoever asked - Boots do not seem to give advance notification of Triple Points weekend, so just keep an eye out on the tv to see if they have been advertising it, or look on the website and see if there's a pink banner on it - although sometimes when it's online it may be exclusively available online and not in the shops which is why in-store Triple Points tend to be advertised on tv, they also put signs in the windows. No another Bank Holiday for a couple of week so we might have to wait until then.

Thank you Granny for going over my Boots mailshot and couposn for me - because it wouldn't teat our like the page with the points on or money off coupons, so without her the Double Points would be in the bin.

They've sent me coupons for thigns I am no way going to use - anti-cellulite something, hair removal, tights - just a pile of trough! The only decent one in the tear-off-page bit was 75pts on a £2.99 Meal Deal but then i will have to get a relation to take me out to the Retail Park because the Eastgate Centre took them all away - it even reeferred in the amiling to the Eastgate Centre which it's never done before so they must have that on my record or something.

Also it naughtily now tells how many points you have so then others know how man you've got, but I don't know when it was printed as it said i had 146000+ when the last time i checked my balance it was over 18000+!
