Hi all,
just a quick question my partner received a set of forms from the OR office asking for authorisation to contact taxcredits/benefits/tax office is this the norm.
also received a letter from one of the creditors saying that someone will be calling at our house, would you forward this to the OR.
bit worried.
thanks in advance.

Try not to worry - once the creditors know of the BR, they'll soon back off. In my case it took about 4 weeks for everyone to be updated (but there was the Xmas and New Year break in between) so I told anyone who called about the BR and quoted the reference number."Whether you think you can, or you think you can't -- you're right" - Henry Ford0
