I succumbed to the temptation of cereal bars, a hand-mixer and a hand-blender.

Well made it to the end of the week with a few pence in my wallet, so that's gone inthe piggy bank. A brand new £10 note is now ready for the week ahead, curtesy of mother-in-law. I'd done a bit of shopping for her a week or so ago!

Well if you're feeling *really* bad about it my hand blender died yesterday so any donations welcome ;) :rotfl:

I'm giving up on August tbh! Stupid boyfriend  Bought some more new underwear today... Also a new toothbrush cos mine is just about dead. It was a fancy rechargable one, but I replaced it with a non-fancy rechargable! Next weekend I have to buy a bunch of stuff for Reading, but I'm still relatively flush compared to how I was a year ago. But very poor compared to two months ago... As long as I've enough for food, train tickets and "protection" ;);) who gives a damn hey?!

Well I do, but just a bit...

    Hi every1,

Just a quickie to say that I have stuck to budget this week. I'm going to do my best this week but am going to have to invest in a tent coz am going to have to start camping. The dog can't stay at my parents house so I'm going to start staying with the dog and kids at a local camp site. First trip starts on Fri for the week end.

I'll withdraw my weekly budget and put it in the right envelopes tomorrow.

    Luv Jxx

I'm sure the more you spend on protection - the happier you'll be... ;)

    Crikey!

Sounds like everyone has been doing relatively well!

Peaches - After a while the spending will calm down.... and maybe he'll just pay for everything protection and undies!!!

I actually managed a no spender yesterday which was cool, and I wasnt even thinking about it.
Today I need to get some household bits, black bags, washing up liquid... really exciting stuff!

Hope everyone has a good day xx

    Hi,

I've withdrawn money ready to put in envelopes when I get home. I spent 47p on a loaf which will come out of grocery budget and 51p on a danish which will come out of unnecessary. Unnecessary will have £4 less this week coz I got 2 x £2 coins in my change so I will save them.

    Hope every1 has a gr8 day x
