I work for a DCA and I have accounts with them.

As title, this seems like a strange one but I don't know how to approach it.
A couple of years ago, I lost my job and had to go on JSA which resulted in a lot of payment defaults.
All of the accounts are now either payed or being payed off, however one remains which is Txtloan with a balance of £272.50 (Original Balance £100.)
I contacted Txtloan to get this payed off however it was passed to the DCA and the DCA in question just happens to be the one I collect for.
So, how do I approach this? Do I tell one of my managers or do I go straight to the MD?
Am I likely to be dismissed because of this?
I want to get this resolved and I also want to be honest with them about it at the same time.
Please, any advice.
Cheers

I would suspect they already know. Being a DCA it would make sense that they have systems and safeguards in place (that you don't know of) to catch things like this.
They probably already know about it but are keeping it quiet as its technically a personal issue from your POV not a workplace issue. By that I mean outside of work, you have business dealing with them in the way that you owe money. Inside work you are an employee working to deal with other cases.
I once worked for a government dept. Any paperwork they had relating to me was grabbed from storage and restricted before I even started there. Likewise computer records about me were restricted too. Now while I may have had dealings with them externally, internally they would not deal with anything I had to do with them as a 'customer' because I was an employee.0
