Canteen With Toilet in Corner No IVS

This is a built in toilet in the corner of a 30'x10' "canteen" which is also doubling as a drying room, tool store and a storage unit for materials.
The CDM regs are not clear. They mention toilets and drying rooms but do not state that they must be in separate rooms.
