Buy a Max Factor foundation and keep the receipt. Then telephone 0800 169 1302 (UK) or 1800 509 526 (Ireland) and say your foundation fitting did not meet your needs to get your money back.
Not quite sure how it works yet because I havn't done it.

Could you explain how you did it please? Did you have a foundation fitting with a staff member in-store? Did the helpline question you at all or just take your details?0 -

Theres a leafle in store (I've seen them in Boots and Superdrug) which has a checklist on it about your skin and what you want from the foundation (i.e. light coverage or lasting finish etc etc) and it will recommend your ideal foundation. Buy it and keep the receipt and then phone the number on the lieflet who will give you a freepost address to send it to.2008 Comping ChallengeWon so far - £3010 Needed - £230Debt free since Oct 20040 -
Darn, Darn and blast! I wish I'd kept my last Boots receipt because I actually did buy Age Renew (which I adore) but it wasn't until I'd used it a couple of times that I realised I'd bought the wrong shade. I just thought I was looking a bit pale!:j Morecambe FC, Conference Play Off Winners 2007

Is this only available if you buy from Superdrug? The reason I ask is, they have advisors in Boots, which is usually where we (me and the daughter) get ours from (to get points, free makeover and whatever else is on offer) but now we know which one suits, we can always buy one from Superdrug.
Thanks
Sue
Just noticed you said you've seen a leaflet in Boots and Superdrug.0 -
