Candy Hero would be the obvious place as they are one of the biggest UK distributors for that product. They also have various other Mario sweets & energy drinks too.

70 of them would work out at £185.50 at their standard price but it's always worth contacting a company to see if you are able to negotiate a bulk discount.
Be aware that those sweets contain tartrazine which is not recommended for children, people with asthma or people who have an aspirin intolerance.
