The fixed period for my mortgage is coming to an end & my current provider has given me a range of options.
Does anyone know of a compariosn site where I can crunch the figures through for part repayment / part interest only to see what else is available ?
As an instant comparison, my current provider is offering me 3.49% with no legal fees, no remortgage fees etc and the opportunity to overpay by 10% each year. My mortgage has 5 years to run. The repayment element is approx 10% of the value of the mortage.

Use a mortgage repayment calculator for the capital & interest bit and a calculator for the interest-only portion. Add the two bits together and you have the total monthly cost.
It's what I do.
Alternatively, you can use something like this, but again you'll have to do the two bits separately and add them together;-
