I'm not sure as I do not use Twitter.

The link mentions that you can enter up to five times but I presume that this includes any via Twitter as well.

If you go to the M&S page it tweets
#GreatestHits via @marksandspencer

I'm no expert. but usually the hash tag is enough but better safe than sorry
