Just click edit & advanced
If left as is it will be indexed wrong so you end up with the issue that can be seen on page 1 of this view of the board.Plus we may lose it to Game Over.

7 How can I amend my thread title if I need to?
To edit the thread title you can click 'Edit' then select 'Go Advanced'.

The next screen will show your post & above it you will see 2 boxes 'Reason for Editing', which you don't have to complete & also 'Title' which has your thread title info in it.
Simply click into the Title box & amend your text as necessary.

I think that the OP just does not realise as it is the second time,first being prior to our new feature:

But they've added the end date in the new area - just not in the title (so haven't read the comping guide ...).

Tbh weeowens I won't be advising people to change the title until the new end date feature is removed as I find it utterly confusing and creates more work. If it were linked to the search and the old way was obsolete then fine, but it serves no purpose as far as I can see.

I see where you are coming from.The problem is that if no end date is in the title but the new feature is used or not we may lose the comp to GO,as often happens.
The new feature does not replace the date in the title & at this point I cannot see its purpose,unless there is future functionality that is not clear at this time.
