Good luck! I've got one parcel coming via Yodel - it's currently in Scotland. I am not. You'd think they'd learn but Yodel are bloody terrible.

Though not as bad as Hermes at the moment, which is delivered, not by my lovely former delivery woman, but by an elderly disabled lady and her equally disabled husband. They could barely manage a book between them last week - god only knows how they'll cope with 20KG of cast iron!
