Because I did not want to pay for a Christmas present for someone else with a gift certificate that was a birthday present for myself! They received serveral other calls whilst I was on the phone complaining about the same problem.

I had this problem on day 1 and then it happened again on day 2 at which point I spent an hour with them explaining I did click in time etc before they sorted it out. On day 3 I realised what was happening. I wanted to use my card details and not my gift balance because my credit card is doing an offer of 4% off purchases, but I've had to stop doing that now.

Hi that's because the gift certificate is the Black Friday discount. So if you untick the gift certificate you will pay full price.

But if you already have credit you can't separate it from the Black Friday discount.

On the grey ankle one's my review is up there! I bought those with Black Friday on Monday. I have 4 pairs of NYDJ and also bought the black skinny on Tuesday. She'll love them. I'm 5'7 and slim, go read my review.

PS. The black skinny are very long, as they should be, grey one's to ankle.
