I had a quick look at the Amazon site on my iPhone this morning. The home page is different so I searched 'Black Friday' and quite a few Apple products were on the list, they are reduced now rather than at a set time today.

just a quick stroll through the deals, only thing I want is MIB trilogy and the 2 Harry Potter ones. Rest... nope...

Not really impressed with today's deals, will see what the lego goes for but that's about it for me today. Will feel the need to keep checking back though just in case something amazing is added (won't hold my breath though!)

I'm thinking of getting the Kindle Fire for my 73 year old dad.
Think he'd use it mainly for reading books but I thought it'd be handy if he wanted to quickly get online (saves booting up the laptop).
Is it easy to put books onto it? Ones bought elsewhere, other than Amazon.
He had a Sony E-reader but couldn't get on with it so hoping this is easier.
    Thanks.

PS. Do you have to buy the charger as an extra? Read it in the reviews.
