TBH, the site is very glitchy this year, and it does seem to be a bit of a lottery.
But rather than letting it bother me, I'm just considering that to be part of the experience.

(Please do not remind me of this when I'm ranting in a couple of days about missing out on the bargain item of my dreams!)

A lot of people seem to be having problems with the timer. It sticks for me after zero but I don't refresh and it appears eventually. I haven't had a problem getting items into my basket this way, haven't been on a waitlist yet. Hmm :S

Sorry if it's been asked (and answered!) before - but what's the average dispatch to delivery time? In the past Amazon has always delivered my orders a couple of days ahead of schedule, with the volumes being sold this week are they sticking to the given delivery dates?
