On a related note, does anyone know if these Black Friday items can be returned as normal? Quite a few are Christmas presents that may or may not go down well.

That's pretty much what I did! I thought it would make a good pressie but the timer was counting down far too quickly so decided against rather than make a rash decision! It looks like a really nice watch so I doubt you will regret buying it.

Anything bought on Black Friday can be returned as normal. I bought an electric toothbrush on 2010 black friday & it broke after 10 months & Amazon just swapped it for a new one, no questions asked! :T

The vax is excellent, very powerful, compact and lightweight. We paid £124 from argos last week.

I know I got some of the cheap, ugg looking boots last year from the black friday deals and I returned them no problem and got my money back quite quickly.

We just bought a Miele cat & dog at the weekend & it is amazing, SO much better than our Dyson. Highly recommended.

for me personally i have had 3 vax and they have all lost their suction after a while, for the first time i spent more and got a dyson and it is fab!!!!!!!!

Duh! Good job that I just read the reviews for the wii- apparently it's not compatible with game cube controller or memory card. Not that we ever had a game cube but DS bought a controller thinking it was a wii remote, so then he bought a game to play with it (I know, all backwards lol)
Upshot is, he loves the game and would be gutted if he cant play it.
Will have a look and see if they still do the reconditioned ones in Game I think.
