I am behind one month with council tax they have threatened court action and said we have lost the right to instalments. We have just paid one monthly payment and will be catching up by the end of this month. By then we will owe Novembers payment which is due 1st December but cant pay until around 23rd December. Any advice please as we cant catch up?
