Default of 3 months - wilol anyone give me a good rate mortgage

I am 19 yr old. Defaulted on my overderaft on Nov 06 paid in full Jan 07.
but this default is on my credit report. I have not gone overdrawn since.
I would like to buy a flat and am earning 18k
would anyone give me a mortgage at a good rate?

its not as simple as that. need to know a lot more information and none of the advisers on here would recommend a specific product to you on the forum as we cannot really advise someone we dont know
There may be the odd high street lender who would look at this but much of it depends on how much you want to lend and the amount of your depositI am a Mortgage Adviser
