sorry if im posting on wrong board. i recently went into wh smith and bought 4 books for £20. i then got given a voucher for £5 off £15 and a voucher for 20% off everything in store. i'm almost tempted to go and return the original books and buy them again with the vouchers as I will get them for a lot less. do you think that's wrong of me to do? I'm sorry I'm so desperate to cut money as we are so skint bur I feel like I am bordering on being immoral..... please advise my fellow money saving experts...........what would you do?

depends on how long ago you brought them.. i would be very tempted, but they might not give you cash back, they may only give you a credit note... not sure if this helps ...today's mood is brought to you by coffee, lack of sleep and idiots.

Hi supki,
As you've had no replies on Old Style I've moved your thread over to the Shop but don't Drop board to see if you can get some opinions.

It depends who you get, sometimes they say vouchers cant be used on offers eg the 2 for £10 but a while back they had a voucher that was £5 off any childrens book of £10 or over, plus a 20% off books voucher. The guinness book of records was reduced from £20 to £10 and some of us got both vouchers accepted, making it £4
I would firstly check your books are in stock on the shelf, then return your books, then go to another till and buy them again with vouchers.0
