For those who bought from Tesco while the giftcard offer was on, I rang the Tesco Direct line today as I still hadn't received the £20 gift card (bought my tab during the offer period), and the lady took my order number and immediately refunded £20 to the credit card I paid with - she said it would be 'easier than sorting a gift card out'.

So you might want to try that if you didn't receive yours :-)
