fingers crossed you stil get them tho
No such device, they only do 10.1" but often referred to as the 10" in marketing literature/adverts.0 -
I bought a 7" Tab 2 and went to Samsung cashback page. Now a bit worried.
When I followed the instructions, I was given a choice of 3 paths. I chose the "Bought after 24th October" option.
This took me to a new screen that then asked when I bought it. The drop-down only offered 3 dates - 24, 25, 26 October with no chance to put in November 7th.
The next screen then asked what the model number was. Well It is a GT-P3110. That's what the box says, what the actual "about this device" option says, but Samsung want to know if it is a GT-P3110TSEBTU, GT-P3110SABTU or a GT-P3110ZWABTU or GT-P3110ZWEBTU. How do I know if they don't tell you on the box?
More worrying is the URL for this promotion https://samsungbacktocollege.com/claims/tab2cashback/product
Huge confusion on the web site as far as I can see. Too late to call their Help desk (Mon-Fri 9.00 - 5.00).
If anyone has had more luck than me, can you please post the URL I should have used.
Thanks.Cashback claims must be made 30 to 45 days after purchase

As far as 45 days to claim, the claim screen I used saidYour application must be received on-line no sooner than 15 days and no later than 60 days from the date of your receipt/invoice. The date of purchase on the receipt counts as day 1.and my initial URL was http://www.samsung.com/uk/tab2cashback/
Don't know why this is going to the Back to College promotion.
Edit:- I even tried from here http://www.samsung.com/uk/promotions/?pid=uk_header_row2_promotions_20121009/0 -

Aahhh! Missed that bit, so all may be right after all. Getting old and not reading properly. Sorry guys.
But the bit about the model number still stands. If anyone can identify which model the white Tab 2 7" being sold is, I would be grateful.0 -
