How do you change the Tesco Direct email confirmation page to a PDF or JPEG?
I have a copy of the the email in my inbox and also on the Tesco Direct website- my accounts-orders page. I saved them to My docs, but when I try to upload this to samsung it says "Please upload one of the accepted file types noted below" so I guess my saved docs are not in PDF or JPEG form.. Any one help me please?

I did a screenshot of the email and saved that as a .jpg file. I've had my 2 claims validated so that worked for me.

You can use the snipping tool to do this if you have Windows 7.

Otherwise you can do PrtScn when you have the email or webpage open and paste into the Paint application that's in the Accessories folder, then save that file as .jpg.

HTH - don't know how to do it if you're not using Windows though!

I have tried this but it still wont accept the file. Maybe it is too big? Any ideas how to shrink it.

I just printed my email, then scanned it in when I made my claim. Got cashback no problem. I am useless with technology so there may well be an easier way.

I have finally managed to get emails into Jpegs using the snipping tool (never knew it existed...so learnt something new today!). Thanks for advice.
I uploaded email conf from Tesco direct, as well as screen shot of order from Tesco Direct, and a couple of photos of Tablet with print out of email conf next to them, and a close up of serial number and order number, for good measure! Thought I'd cover all angles to ensure claim was successful.
I have had Confirmation of claim submitted email from Samsung, so fingers crossed :-)

I've just done that - I used Cute PDF printer - just print the email and it converts to PDF

I didn't do any of that - just uploaded my receipt and typed in my serial number at the prompt - will I still get paid?

Thanks about the 10inch but my dad will go mad as it is gettin a 7inch. He likes me to buy him books from the charity shop, but I thought I would treat him this year, so I'm tryin not to spend too much x
