In need of some advice

My husband pays his debts throught CCCS. They have been very good through the process and we would reccommend them. However we have a problem with one of the creditors CCCS is paying for us.
Clydesdale Financial Services have been sending letters for the last 3 months stating the minimum payment has not been paid. They have said that the deal for the payment amount we have has expired, and they have put the minimum payment up as they are waiting for a new income and expenditure report from CCCS. I have spoken to CCCS a number of times regarding this and they have sent out 3 new I & E reports, which apparantly Clydesdale have not received.
I have asked Clydesdale if it can be faxed to them but they said it has to be posted, which is a joke as someone else at clydesdale has told me they have a backlog of post! We have now been charged 6 lots of £22.50 as that is how much it costs them to send a letter!
We just dont know what to do next. All we are trying to do is pay off the debts and they are just being added to all the time by these costs that are not our fault.
If anyone has any advice for us please let us know.
Thanks

Have you had the stuff sent via a signed for or registered post? They can hardly deny receiving them then.0

Clydesdale used to be bad for this.

I would ask CCCS to send a letter of complaint on your behalf, preferably with signed for delivery, stating that you want the charges back, and for them to act on the information that has already been received.
best of luck
