Good evening, all. For those interested, Price Promise coupons are in. And thanks to Ugglybugball for the Frijji glitch - my SADA had no choccies tonight but I got 6 Chocolate shakes so not all was wasted.

Thanks also to the OP who mentioned the £1.50 if Duracel Batteries from SSM. I found another two tonight in Tesco (that's 5 stores now) so bought them at £1 each for 4 rechargeable batteries!

No £6 champagne and none of the £10 stuff either.

Oh, and I've never bought them before but had loads of TPP to use up so I bought a tray of Krispy Creme doughnuts. Will give them a whirl tomorrow with the kids and 'Pirates' the DVD (down to £6 in Mr T).

Off to bed now - Good night all, sleep tight.
I am firmly across the line. I won't impose my values on you if you keep away from mine.

We struggle to find cheap train tickets on any long-haul journeys now. And cheap flights between Scotland and England seem to be a thing of the past. When we went to Scotland last we took the bus (£38.50 for the two of us) but had terrible delays due to motorway pileups.:(

On the good side we bought a good value car when up there and drove down to England. Tore up the return tickets. If I could have let someone else use them I would have but not so.);)

That was from Poole to West Brompton (London). So not far at all.

DD2 has been struggling to find cheap train tickets for her trips home from uni this term. She comes down from Stoke to Poole. Earlier this year she got some really good deals using her Railcard but even though she looked really early as knew the dates this time she has not managed to find the same sort of deals. :(

I wasn't adding the 10% into it but I only do online shops and thought I may as well try for the MT as I've only just found out I get the money back as e-vouchers. None of the LOB chocs were showing up on mine but I'd only just noticed that the gold fingers were so popped them into the trolley.

I knew I should just have stayed away from attempting this online :rotfl:

My arithmetic needs some brushing up and back to lurkdom for me.

Don't take it to heart. We need people to explore, test and theorise like you are doing
