Iamsohappy wrote: »Just back from T's. Was going to get Toilet Rolls but just remembered when
I went in that I still had a £2off£8 for dairy. Got dairy and whoopsied meat.
Wasn't expecting a pp as not enough items but did get a fuel voucher.
This gives me 5 fuel vouchers now so I can fill my car and some cans
tomorrow and save about £25 on fuel so basically free toilet rolls and cheap
dairy for me - one happy bunny :j:j:j
Question for all the brains out there
To make up the £8 dairy I got:
Milk £0.90
Flora 2 for £2.00
Cheese £1.55
Babybell 3for2 £3.50
This only comes to £7.95. I thought that the milk was £1.00 before I paid.
I still got a fuel voucher so could the system have counted either the babybel
or flora at full price to give the fuel voucher?
Only other items I had were bread, pancakes and reduced price steak.
Not sure if this helps or confuses but I don't know how I got the voucher
as I didn't spend £8.00 on dairy.
Maybe someone can work it out. Please
Edit Also got an extra £1 off the whoopsied meat as it was on 2for£7 and the
reduction kicked in on the reduced price steak.
Anybody have any ideas on this one- it is either the babybel or the flora that is counting at full price. Are there any other examples where any of these two products behaved like this?
Please:)never stop doing your best because someone doesn't give you credit0 -

Do the petrol voucher toilet rolls pp against Morrisons?
Yesterday they did, have been reports today on this thread that Asda price has gone up.
And on your GTA ? you can buy as many as you want, some people have £5 off a £40 spend which would save you even more.
Just thinking, if enough people stock up on GTA pre-orders, you could create a shortage and force the re-sale price up. (Or if Tesco have sold all their stock as pre-orders they can price it as £5 more than the nearest competitor price).I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
