It has always been the case that there is a risk in buying things just for the PP. If you can't afford to take the hit and/or don't want to risk being sighted in the radar by a return, you have to think whether it is worth doing.
I agree. Of course the items I bought are not really returnable (frozen and fridge) should I have wanted to (which I don't).
Like everyone else I posted my pp receipt to show how my shop fared on the roulette that is TPP. Today was a lose, but I've had plenty wins to make up for it so no probs for me.
I was only pointing out so others could be more informed when planning their shops.
 It's only a game

I have to say I think I'm falling in love with Mr T again. Did a few petrol shops last night using Andrex and Andrex wipes with the rest in 10p or 20p sweets and after coupons had to pay about £12 odd, price promises just came backAngelsMadv wrote: »Really? My tally with those little drinks was 27 :rotfl::rotfl:lobs a few over... catch
Morning QP, no probs re the coke, assuming i can get away with walking in circles ;););) you'll have mail in a mo ;););) you'll have mail in a mo
Ta for the reply, Mmmm dont need 4 as ive still got plenty of CC double packs, may add in a few bertollis or something else
Dont forget to bring your own refillable pint glass ;):rotfl: ;):rotfl:
27  I would never have got that many home on the train. :rotfl:
The trolley key rings were not obvious you had to ask the lady for info on the recycled paints and she gave you one with a couple of leaflets. So not something you could use the circling technique on. 0 0

            Hi everyone
I haven't seen anyone mention the coffee for the petrol vouchers so thought I'd give it a go - we don't drink squash and still have quite a few of the £1.50 Asda shades left
 It compared nicely with Sainsbobs
 5 x NESCAFE GOLD BLEND COFFEE 300G 40.00 34.90
 I used a T's £5 off £40 and an A's £5 off £40 and a £10 PP :jHandle every stressful situation like a dog.
If you can't eat it or play with it ....... just pee on it and walk away.0

I had one of these not so long back, redeemed it when the price went down to GBP1.00 Haven't used it yet though, so don't know whether it's nice or not. But it would have been rude not to relieve T's of it as it was free :rotfl: 0 Haven't used it yet though, so don't know whether it's nice or not. Got severely trouted in my Sada last night. I used (i think nine coupons) in one transaction. It asked for supervisor override. Supervisor was called but said I could not use the Five Beans coupons and also the WW coupons. Supervisor said that they only accepted Valassis coupons. So I just abandoned my shop and left.
I just called HO, and they said they did not accept any coupon that gave you "free goods". I told them I would email them both coupons, in order for them to be checked, but HO was still adamant that they never gave out "free goods".0
