Afternoon all :j :j Molly got the all clear at the vets this morning :j Her temperature back to normal and coughing only when really excited or when she pulls on lead :j Called into the kennels and Rescue lady was there so had a lovely chat and gave her the GoCat, 2/3 of which she will pass on to her friend at Cat Rescue and the other 1/3 given to kennels as they have one rescue cat there as resident mouse catcher ;). I also gave Rescue lady 3 x corded dog leads which I got mega cheap last year. Kennels & Rescue are running a christmas raffle to raise funds so I promised to take them in some wine, choccies, and a couple of toiletries baskets later in the month - I said that I had a few I could donate ;);) Many thanks for the timely post from Miss Laid regarding the cellophone wrap on sale in Lidl as that was going to be my next question - I knew the Elite would have an answer but I didn't expect to have the answer before I'd asked the question   :rotfl: :rotfl:

    BAD NEWS Jamsponge :(:(
there seems to be 2 different pics when you look on A.com, it shows this one

but then when you click on it it shows

    8715700073156_21000_IDShot_2.jpeg

Does it make any difference? Many thanks in advance :)

    ETA

When I posted that they were 2 different pics, I promise! Now they are both the same on A.com
    That's really weird!

I was doing a 'spot the difference' on these before I realised that they were not in fact any differences :o

  • Morning all

Just wondered if anybody caught the ad on TV last night - Sainsbobs are doing a bottle of Grants for £10, valid until 20th Nov. Sada is at £13 and Mr T is at £12. I'm thinking of buying 3 from Sada (2 for crimbo prezzies) to use up an APG before it dies, with the fillers takes me to just over the £40 so could then use my £5 off £40 :):):) HTH

Forgot to say - should produce an APG of just under the £10 mark

Just got my APG back on the Grants, was more than I was expecting, think I miscalculated the 10% difference. Used a £5 off £40 cond spend from a womble and an old APG - gave me back a new APG of £12.16. HTH :)

Just wondered if anyone had tried the dud d'o intense collection as a trigger as I can see it on asda but not MSM and they look quite yummy - its these type http://www.amazon.co.uk/Duc-dO-Truffles-Crunchy-Biscuit/dp/B005CN5SVG and their strawberry equivalents.

If noone has tried it I will but don't know when I'll next get to As as my nearest store that stocks any selection of the 3 for £10 chocs is about 25 mins away by car so don't get to go there often so by the time I do the whole shebang could be over!

they show up on MSM but there is no picture.

Has anyone seen the Crawfords savoury biscuits (small cheesey biscuits shaped into hearts triangles etc) I can't find any this year and my Xmas box is sadly lacking :)

    Many thanks :)

I will always remember that post he made when he discovered it was the ambrosia rice pot that was the trigger. A true eureka moment in the history of this thread...

    I'm glad some one remembers!:D

My PP from yesterday when buying 4 x Andrex for fuel voucher:

    Tesco comparable basket £25.80 £26.80 £25.80
    Competitor comparable basket £22.99 £27.56 £27.01

Yes, I know, I got the Quilts instead of the Aloe Vera/Shea Butter and they are £4 in Asda :( but happy with them as they felt 'fuller' rolls :D 5Beans spoilt PP but moc's did take extra money off my bill as went through at 85p when I paid £3 for 5

Builder is here now, drilled hole to outside for drain and screeded the floor ready for flooring on Monday, after which he will come back and touch up the painting, and all will be completed

After he goes, I am off to Tosco to get 3 more fuel vouchers with 4 x Andrex and £8 dairy, then fill up my car which is almost empty. Will take 50 litres so £25 off my bill to fill up :j
