So that's going to be a trip to cs in the morning so I don't get refused when I fill up!

One of mine had the 6th on it a the lady in the petrol station said
"oh thats not right is it they only started yesterday, oh well nothing works right in this place I'll put it through and ring later not that they answer us over here"

Common sense or bitterness ?? :rotfl::rotfl:

Not yet but I live in hope :rotfl:
I remember seeing it mentioned there was lob in ards but I'm not sure if it was the right one but will be checking that one out tomorrow.

I'm mostly in tescos atm, have a great stash of apgs to use with the Tesco and asda 5 off 40 and hammering the GTA promo.

    It's all going on :T

Does anyone know or has anybody tried to use an A's £5 off £40 CS and a T's £5 off £40 CS together at Mr T's?
    TIA

    Hi Fairclaire
Might be a bit late for your carbonara but
I fry up bacon or ham with lots of black pepper, when cooked, add double runny cream (elmlea is perfect ) and a good shake of parmesan. Bring up to slight bubble. Take off heat and add cooked pasta. Mix and add a couple of egg yokes. mix well. eggs cook just in heat of cream and pasta.
Amounts not set in stone but I would use pack of bacon, one carton of elmlea, parmesan to taste and 3 egg yokes plus pasta for 4 people. Also works well with chicken and mushroom (no parmesan).
Hope that helps. Most pets love the leftovers.

Thank you for that. I have to confess I let my OH do the carbonara in the end:o:o I was worried I would ruin it but that recipe sounds easier than the one I looked at and I have noted it down for the future (less the mushrooms, I can't stand fungus:cool:)

BUT I did make the pasta and it delicious and so much easier than I thought. I bought a new pasta maker a few months back and hadn't used it myself yet. I was we'll impressed and now I've done it there will be no stopping me:T no more shop bought pasta for me! Such a good way to use the eggs up when we have too many

Good evening all, well my 8 pack of diet irn bru didn't work :( and yet seen that for others it did match favourably on PP:

    1 x BARR SUGAR FREE IRN-BRU 8 X 330 ML PACK 3.35 3.85

It seems the 250ml cans pack does compare favourably, but the 330ml does not.

    What should I do?

I went to my local RSPCA yesterday to take them some biccies and chocs for themselves and for the xmas raffle.

They told me that just an hour before I arrived, this dog had been brought in for rehoming.

    074.jpg
    He is called Homer.

He was rehomed from the RSPCA when he was a pup, but the owner says unfortunately, that now, after 3 1/2 years, he has grown too big and she can't handle him.:(

He is the brother of these 2.

    001-1.jpg

The first one I got as a pup, the second one a year ago after she had been rehomed twice and taken back.

Should I now take Homer as well?

Heart says yes, what does your head say ? and the other 2 how will they feel having another dog the same age introduced.

Can you have a trial ;).
Must be a puller like one of ours looking at the halti

Maybe she has been relegated to the petrol station because she had far too much common sense to work in the store :rotfl::rotfl:

  • YES to the doggy - I think it was fate that you were there :)

forgot to post, one of my petrol vouchers was the wrong date. Think either the andrex or juice might trigger it?

Talking of laundry stash, I still have quite a few neatly lined up bottles of comfort from last year. I even found some 1p Harry's nuts in the cupboard the other day, bb Dec 11 oops :o
  • I'm just gonna stick my nose in! None of the confirmed as still working triggers to compare with Sains in D'dald - they don't seem to do the Lindt bar, Thornt Liqueurs or lily's ... are those the only ones still working with Sains??? Also the mt is finished there - they haven't restocked it at all.

One of these days we'll get Morries and Waits here!

Thats great Captainblondechick - if anyone Ni should see any of the confirmed triggers above please shout. TIA:)
