I wonder how many are at the IHE today. I went yesterday. I was surprised to see how many free tickets were being handed in. :)

Hi, I had a golden retriever for 13years, absolutely brilliant natured dogs, never once bit or even snarled, a good sized dog and great with kids, the only downside was she was a total nightmare for hairs, if she brushed past you there would be half a dog on your trousers.

If you get a retriever get a dyson, best thing we ever done.

Hi everyone, away to catch up, hope all is well in the mad house.:)

Thanks, have been told they shed hair a lot, we already have a dyson. I really want a retriever, am going to have to work a bit harder on OH.

Thanks, reassuring to know there is light at the end of the tunnel - can I cope with another two years though

Came home from shopping on Sunday to find DD1 (15) had pierced her own cheek with a (sterilised) needle and inserted a stud! Was furious at her but at the same time was grudgingly impressed that she had actually had the guts to do it

EDIT: Oh dear have just read some other replies to my original post - think I will just put them out of my mind or I will sink into severe depression :eek:
Blimey, that was brave, making me cringe at the thought of it.
