Agreed!:T
I thought it was a lovely thing to offer, it's what this thread is all about, well done Rose:D
I agree it was a lovely thing to offer and totally understood that it was for all the right reasons. I think (I may be wrong) but the concern was for the safety of everyone. The OP asked where she was stood and what time her son was picking her up. If she had given those answers on an open forum anyone could have taken advantage of that information. I know that was in no way the spirit in the original invite and that non of the information was posted anyway so no damage done. Hopefully a new friendship will develop and their local T's/A's can get ready:D
Sorry just wanted to add, Rose you have a lovely daughter, a credit to you. There would not be many that would have offered to do this for a total stranger. If it wasn't for blinds it'd be curtains for all of us:dance:0 -

Yes me too, and I lost a long post
But just wanted to say Thank you to everyone for your kind wishes re: Dad, he's not out of the woods but yesterday was a good day.
Also 3Dogs such a lovely thing to have in the memory of Mr 3Dogs as others have said I am sure he is looking down smiling. :A
Also I hope Fudgie is ok too?
But can I ask now that we have a Sainsbugs glitch please, Asda is just not convenient to Budgie so I am asking the Glitch Fairy if she would kindly arrange for a very good Sainsbugs glitch?
You have to be careful with Fairies you know, its no good demanding, you have to do it very gently.
When my Ds was small we always used to shout that we loved fairies and if he were naughty I would ask him if he had anything to tell me as my special fairy had been watching him and reporting back to me.
Bless him he has grown up to always tell the truth.
The first part of his FB biography is:
"I love to take care of other people, I always tell the truth no matter how bad it is"
Bless him he is Budgie's world and I do so adore him, very very much. :A
Still he is home for Christmas and early too as one of his friends gets married on the 23rd December, though the stag do is only 2 days before.
I think that may not be the best planning but I think it is so they can all get together.
My Ds and I are spending Christmas Day with Mum and Dad as Mr Budgie is working, they are out buying port etc as my Ds has a very good job and goes to some of the best resturants so they are having to pull out the stops. Its good for them as if not it would just be them by themselves.
And of course yesterdays news has now made us want to celebrate Christmas.
Big hugs Elite and take care
Budgie xxxCherish the ones you love and travel back on the road that brings you home

Has anyone had a problem with msm please? I wanted to look and see if the Birds Eye 100% Cod Fish Fingers 10 pack and Birds Eye Waffles were still comparing Sada to Tosco but can't load the page grrrrrrrrrrrrrThere's no place like home
Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Well you know what store Budgie holds with 13 and what was yesterday? Yes correct it was the 13th.
Anyway I digress..........Dad as you know is on the last week of his chemo/radiotherapy. He was asked to see the Dr yesterday after his treatment to be told that:
"His tumor has significantly reduced" :j What brilliant news especially after all that he has been through. The treatment is indeed awful but I just wanted to say to: Morgy and Auntielala that although the treatment takes so much out of you it can work and its so worth it in the end. I hope both of you have positive results from what you are going through too. :A
Dad still has a long way to travel but after they said they couldn't remove his bladder after scheduling the op twice, I really didn't think anything would help. So its always worth sticking with things and to everyone that is ill, just never lose the hope and belief that you can get though this and come out the other end. :A
Big hugs (()) to everyone and always keep the faith.
Budgie xxx
Great news budgie! What a weight off your mind0 -
