I think I've had it longer than a year all I can remember is I bought it in Makro cant find the instruction book receipt will be stapled to it, I use it all of the time gutted :(

QPR, just catching up so someone else may have also said this. If you have bought from makro it will be in their system and they have always been good for returning items even those out of guarantee. You dont need proof of purchase as it will show against your account.

Costco are another company who are excellent at refunds, their policy is if you dont think you have had value for money we will refund your money. A friend of mine took a lawnmower back after 3 years when it broke, it only had a 12 month guarantee and as she said she thought it should last longer, they replaced it. They even replaced a tray of chicken fillets for me once, I froze them as soon as I got home and when I defrosted one it didnt smell great so I called them. They refunded the money immediately, with a smile. Their staff are fantastic!!
If it wasn't for blinds it'd be curtains for all of us:dance:
  • Was having a bit of a low day yesterday. So having got up to the sun shining and feeling a bit brighter I am going to drag myself to the gym.

Just need to keep reminding myself when I finish work at 0300 tomorrow morning that is it for 14 days.

And no I am not going to worry that when I come back to work on my first day back we go into a consultation period for my job role!!!!

There would be nothing stopping you. They won't even see how much the apg was for as it's just an exchange.

bear in mind the t&cs state that if you return something that generated an APG they are entitled to reduce your refund by the amount that item contributed to your APG

I don't know that anyone has ever experienced this but that's how it is supposed to be done
