can you buy more than 3 or would the other multibuy kick in and reduce you're dtd??? help mathematicians!!!!

    3 bottles - 3* £2.20 = £6.60 - £1.40 = Total paid £5.20 - DTD £6.40
    6 bottles - 6* £2.20 = £13.20 - £4.20 - Total paid £9 - DTD £10
    9 bottles - 9*£2.20 = £19.80 - £5.60 - Total paid £14.20 - DTD £16.40
    12 bottles - 12*2.20 = £26.40 - £8.40 - Total paid £18 - DTD £20

    I hope I have it right :o

Is the trigger item one that is supposed to be showing on A's but not Msm:huh::huh::huh: If that is the case then I hope to have found another:o:o:o, I have been known to be wrong on occasion before though:rotfl::rotfl: these

Buy 3 and you should be charged £2 as per SEL of 3 for £2

You will be charged £5.20 (2 for £3 kicks in on the first two and then a third for full price of £2.20)

Overcharge of £3.20, DTD of £6.40 = 3 bottles and profit of £1.20

    OR

Buy 6 and you should be charged £4 as per SEL of 3 for £2

You will be charged £9.00 (2 for £3 kicks in three times)

    Overcharge of £5.00, DTD of £10.00 = 6 bottles and £1 profit

Or to put it another way.....what 3010 said first :D

I`m trying to work this out at the mo
PRICES ON TESCO ARE SHOWING AS £2 NOT £2.20
    buy 3 pay £5 (£3 for 2 and £2)
over charge of £3 +dtd £3 = £6 back ,get paid £1 to take them away.

buy 6 pay £9 ,should be £4 ,over charge of £5 + dtd £5 = £10 ,again only get paid £1 to takeaway more.
So I think buying 3 is the best deal.

I would rather be paid £1 to take 6 away than 3 ;)

Cos you won't be doing it more than once in each store
