So five bottles £18.25 plus fillers "should" give a pp for £8.25 and 50p off fuel.

A nice bit of trout?
Wetherspoons did but I think they have stopped now
I have had 5 halogen ovens altogether as they just don't last. Each time I have had to return with the year, sometimes after 6 months, get a refund and reorder. This time I have tried a different maker and they gave me an extra bulb - that says to me that bulb not expected to last the yearMy last one had the hinged lid and it was fantastic, but current hasn't
It is terrible to be without a halogen when you are used to using one ................. especially as we got rid of our cooker 2 years ago, as just using halogen, microwave and 2 ring hob
One of the bonuses of buying from Costco. I am on my 5th or 6th Actifry, as the lid fasteners crack. They refund your money and you just go and buy another. They guarantee your satisfaction with a product or your money back if you are a member. HTH0 -
Thanks for the advice. I have checked his teeth, eyes, nose and ears lol. Nothing seems amiss.
He always gets like this when my DD goes back to uni, but he dosn't seem to be able to snap out of it this time. The thing is, when he is out in the garden or on his walk he seems ok. Maybe he is just bored. I will take him to the vet if he is no better by Friday. I hate taking him to the vets, he is such a baby.I am a Dolphin Angel:A

Thanks 3 dogs - feeling like I'm coming to the end of tunnel. Beginning to have a bit more energy but taking it steady - can't get used to suddenly running out of battery juice. I've managed to avoid chemo brain til now and keep geting my words fuddled which amuses the kids no end - cant wait for that to disappear. Ha ha when I do have a bit of energy have been doing a sortie for chocs etc ..:rotfl: I'm hoping radiotherapy not as bad as chemo and have aloe vera gel and moisturising cream ready and enticement of going past the main supermarkets! I know that other people here have worse to bear.....
Haven't started radio yet but already got the fitness to work questionaire from the job centre on Sat eek - tricky to answer as I don't know when I'll get my energy back (anything from 2-6 months is what advised before but I wonder if DWP medics have same view Hey ho will let you all know). Seeing as my 'career' disappeared it will mean retraining completely so don't want to commit to that until I know I have energy to complete.
Someone posted yesterday (sorry forgot name) on here no time for cleaning etc cos tracking on here - must admit I have had a wee few days like that - it is a kind of addiction but saving me money and everyone so friendly........ its only the cure making me feel ill - and this takes my mind off it - again thanks peeps. :T
I have decided to do Xmas prep other way around this year - so am beginning to wrap chocs and do cards - a first! So is making me into that irritating "Oh Christmas is coming person ...". I am too tired to clean house first as I would normally do. OH doing best but little time for cleaning after work and kids. So a good bottoming before Xmas required - hopefully I'll be up to that after Radiotherapy (second week in Dec) - and I need to build up my strength again - friend's have offerred but its the clutter tidy before that takes the time and energy. Especially DS bedroom - or rather lego room - as fast as it goes away it comes out again
.
Forgot to ask how is the 3 Dog v mice war? I'm afraid both my cats in doghouse at the moment (OH says he's going to rename them For and Sale!). Both brought in prey through cat flap within 30secs of each other - had DS and OH chasing after one upstairs who came in with live mouse, then other entered with bird (robin) with me in chase. They are now misbehaving in the hope that the catflap will be unlocked.
Glad to see you have the afternoon off from the building work - it will look so good when its finished and its fantastic hearing about your progress. :T
Hugs to everyone and thanks 3 dogs

SpiralingDown wrote: »Just back from getting my car MOTed, thankfully it passed :T. It needs the back passenger break pads replaced in the next 1000 miles but that was the only thing that he told me needs done :T
Question though, why just the passenger side and not both? Never did understand why just one side would go and why usually the passenger one? Who knows, not me for sure :rotfl:
Anyway got to go out my dads bike broke last night so have to go get him a new one as he uses it to get to work and won't accept a lift from me or my mum, he's almost 70 now and walked the whole way to work this morning, puts me to shame.
My car is in for a service and MOT, just waiting for the phone call to say its OK and can collect it, I hope !!! Glad yours passed.0 -
