    Here is my shopping list for today;

    Milk
    Tea
    Coffee
    Sugar
    Bread

I think I'm OK for biscuits and chocolate :)

I'm still ok for tea and coffee from previous times.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I only buy one bag of sugar and that lasts about 2 years.

    Good Morning,

Well after yesterday's train hiccup. The day went very well. Got to the Harrods Grotto. Not as much decoration or decoration as I imagined. I was thinking of something from like the film elf. :( Came back with some cake from Harrods as you paid £10 for the Grotto but then it got credited back to your card. :)

Then went on to Dwell on Totnem Court Road to spend the £20 voucher from the magazine that Martin sent in his email last week.

Finally heading for the eye and other attractions. Then back to the First CLass Lounge at Euston where there was lots of cake and biscuits. :j

Then got on the train and was given more food which was nice as we got no food going because of the declassified first class. Just filled in the form to claim the money back.

Hope you are all well and glitching well. :D I can't be bothered reading back the last 60 pages. I started on the train yesterday but the pages were taking to long to load. :(
  • I am going insane here:mad: I have accidently deleted a piccie but everytime I go into the recycle bin to try and get it back I get this error message "Windows Internet has stopped working" and it shuts down!It happens sometimes when I'm in the middle of working but I've tried about 20 times to get this piccie back and its driving me mad:eek::eek:Any ideas, pretty please:)
    Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:

Now down to business.... what is glitching and cheaper? I'm off on a hunt today to find us all a new bargain as I have been away for soooo long... so a step in the right direction would be super. X x

    me again... :rotfl:

not sure if you've sorted it yet as still catching up...but if you google INDESIT IWE81481S, it brings up a number of companies which stock it and their prices...a quick look for me showed Boots has it for £252..... I'm sure if you go through quidco and use a few discount codes lying around you'll get it cheaper....plus gain the advantage card points too :D

    also...£259 on whitebox.co.uk https://www.whitebox.co.uk/basket

caught up now and see that this ones no good for you....but have found another that I've posted :)
Boots are sneaky though click through and the silver one is £281 the white version seems to be between £30-£40 cheaper on washing machines

Hospital just called - on inspecting xray - he has fractured the ankle. So he will go to a meeting on crutches and then to hospital for plaster. :(

oh no he is in for a few weeks of pain :(
A few tips. bathing was a nightmare for the first 2 weeks, buy a plaster cover from here
    http://www.protectacast.com/products/short-leg-covers
Mine was a life saver, they really work.

Buy a small plastic stool from poundstretchers, like this

Really handy to put on bottom of bath and sit on, much easier to get in and out. If you haven't got a slip mat use a towel under it.
Most importantly make sure he listens and elevates it.
    Good luck

    Thank you :)

I wrote a post this morning saying that trica didn't mean what she said about this being a non chat thread it was just a jokey comment between her & henlans & she did reply to say that that was the case & both posts get removed. I said nothing bad for the forum team to remove so I guess it must of got enough reports to remove it. Will not bother posting in future as this shows if some don't agree it gets removed, pretty petty this thread is getting :(
Btw my post is in someone's quote so you can see I said nothing wrong

Please don't stop posting hun. I saw your post and it was fine. I think it is just a missunderstanding which happens when people respond or post in a sarcastic/fun way and people don't know the tone in which it is written. Don't be put off by this, I am sure this will all settle down .......... eventually

A reminder to people not to antagonise others involved in this, even in a fun way as not everyone will take it in the same tone and it then causes more trouble, which is what we are trying to stop, not start :(:(
hello 3 dog s how are you? we seem to miss each other. i hope your little puppy is behaving and keeping you on your toes

I am ok thanks MMW. Struggling with this cold/cough/whatever especially with workman doing the bathroom and the dust that causes, but otherwise, keeping much brighter at the moment. It certainly helped having my Big Sis here at the weekend and the lads here the weekend before :j :j Plus that they have eventually started the 'bathroom into wetroom' work ;) One less thing to chase up :j

Molly is lots better, much less coughing, though still doing it when excited, which she has been with workman coming and going , put OK in herself. She is definitely keeping me on my toes. She runs off and you have to chase her to find out what she has picked up this time  But she keeps me [STRIKE]yelling[/STRIKE] smiling, as does Bess. Wouldn't be without them :j

Talking of yelling, I still have very little voice :( and coughing well, but as I said, the dust from the work is not helping :(

And, talking of toes, I am eager to see what your new toes look like. I do hope that you will be able to wear those flipflops ;)
