    Did you go for him or the wine and if you could only had taken 1 home what would your decision had been.:p

    Ermmm....... :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    My decision was made somewhat easier by the fact the company were paying (horrid American company he's just left), so given that I was acting as totally unpaid chauffeur, I booked us into a suite at the Holiday Inn Coquelles and we charged them mileage, which went towards the wine. Taking him home was therefore part of the deal :p:D.

    I arrived and went for a snooze, DH went to the wine shop for samples of what we both might like, we spent a pleasant evening sampling them and eating room service, then went to the shop and filled our boots before the return crossing. Simples! But a pain at the time to have to drop everything and just go, hoping he'd manage to make his way out of Geneva, given all the trains were booked and the cheapest one way car hire I could find was getting on for £3k!
    Hope is not a strategy.

    A question that I should know the answer too but not sure:cool:If I swapped some vouchers to double them up say for £20, can I still use a £5 off £40 and a £3 off £30 in the same shop?So getting another £20 worth of bits for £12 (But will probably throw coupons into the mix;))

    It should be the value of the goods that should let you use the conditional spend vouchers. Paying with vouchers shouldn't make a difference if the goods total £40.

    As to whether you can use a £5 off £40 and a £3 off £30 in the same shop may depend on the conditions if they restrict to one conditional spend or whether the SA will allow both to be used.

    So I would say that you can use the swapped vouchers with the £5 wys £40, but whether you can use the £3 wys £30 at the same time is less certain.

    Neutrogena Visibly Clear Oil-Free Pink Grapefruit Facial Acne Wash (200ml)

    20p in Waitrose and £3 in Asda. I bought a few from my local asda and it matched it.

    Not worried about using the two conditional spends together,I usually can wangle that;)It was just whether I could use the doubled up CC vouchers. Think I was haveing a proper blonde moment this morning so I'm sure it'll be fine, you know when you over think something

    To Mutley Muppet

    From previous thread

    APG on your Simple stuff - its neither of your calcs hun

    Its the difference between the 2 totals PLUS 10% of the lower total of £12 in your case

    From memory , your APG would be exactly £15 :)

    I only just saw your post. Thanks Warby.:beer:
    I just proved my point that yes I am still rubbish at maths lol! :o:o:o
