is it just the toilet in the room? my friend had them and they were living behind the bath panel (yuk/shudder). have a look at any air bricks in the room & the seals where the toilet meets the floor/wall. you can get sealant from 99p shops etc hth xCoupons = the only money we can legally print for ourselves:D
